"DUNES" Historic Gulf-View Cottage Steps to Beach

I cannot say enough good things about this lovely little place! Every detail seems to have been considered when putting it together. We travel a couple of times a year, always renting from Vrbo or similar sites, and we’ve come to travel with rugs, boogie boards, beach chairs, kitchen necessities, etc. because those are things places are typically lacking. Not Jude’s place! He has everything you need for a comfortable vacation. Places often list beach chairs as an amenity but you never know what you’re going to get with that. Let me tell you, there was a variety of nice chairs that were in good shape for us to choose from! The property manager, Sami, was present and available and welcomed us like we were old friends coming for a visit. She was accommodating and answered all our questions and pointed out all the amenities that we might’ve missed. For instance, there is a pool and a hot tub available for use! She also had some great recs for places to eat!And talk about location, this was the absolute best location I’ve ever stayed! Literally out the door and down a lovely tropical path, to the end of the driveway and you are nearly on the beach. I’d never been to Indian Rocks Beach, it is lovely! We are already dreaming about when we might be able to visit again! We had been in PCB with family for a week and took a few days with just myself and my daughter to decompress after the other 6 in our party headed home. It was the perfect place for that!

A very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Positive: It was so close to the beach. Pool and hot tub were amazing. The cottage has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Samantha ( caretaker) was amazing! She made sure we were comfortable. She even took my son fishing!

Good place to stay. Very close to the beautiful, quiet beach. House has 2 bathrooms which is nice, an outside sitting area, pool and hot tub. The view of the ocean is between 2 high rises but you can see it. No full lounge chairs for the beach or pool so bring your own. The owner was friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our time in this lovely flat. Check in was very easy. The proximity to the beach was the best! We could walk back to use the facilities in just a few minutes. Sami, the property manager, was very nice and always available quickly if needed. Beach chairs, umbrella and laundry facilities were a strong plus!!
